Cash On Delivery Payment Method

 We are facing some technical problem with COD option. 

-COD available for order More than Rs. 500 only 

-COD charge is 5% on Total order value and shipping charge is Rs. 80 will be added into Final Bill Amount.

 

-Once order is placed, we cannot cancel it. If you want to cancel the order then you will have to inform us on the same day.

 

-Once tracking number is generated we cannot cancel order.

 

-Still if you want to cancel order then you will have to pay Rs. 80 for parcel delivery charge and Rs. 80 for parcel return charge.  Failing to this company can take action against customer.

 

-We recommend online payments to support Digital India Mission, COD option is available only for those people who are unable to pay online for any reason.

 

 -If order is cancelled for any extreme reason then refund can be initiated only after the product received by us. Shipping and processing charges will be deducted from refund amount. 

-Each vintage piece is different then another piece. So, customer will always get imperfect piece in another style, colour and shape. So, no return, Refund and exchange policy for vintage products. 

- Customers are ordering products with COD option and then deny to accept courier for no reason, is not ethical and that is a big loss for company. So now, we are charging courier expense from customers for not accepting courier you have ordered.

 

- COD payment method is only available for Indian customers.

 

Kindly do not take unethical advantage of payment method option we have for your convenience.
